OUR CLASSES

Numbers in classes are kept low and each class is expertly coached to ensure correct form. Class plans will be displayed on the screens during the class and are progressive. We believe the combination of expert coaching, a great space, specialised equipment, excellent sound system and friendly environment is the perfect mix to help you achieve your fitness goals.

  • KERSEY KICKER (hyrox-style cardio based circuit)

    Are you ready?! A challenging hyrox-style HIIT class that combines strength training and lifting with intense cardio (HIIT) intervals that boost strength, endurance, and cardio. A variety of equipment is used for a full body workout. The format for this class is focused on alternating between a maximum cardio effort followed by a strength exercise.

    Tuesday (AM) : 6 - 6.55 am (with Sam)
    Friday (AM) : 9 - 9.55 am (with Jamie)
    Saturday (AM) : 8 - 8.55 am (with Lucy)

  • MUSCLE AT THE MILL (strength focussed circuit)

    A class designed to help you build strength and focus on full body conditioning and endurance. This class will help you get fitter, stronger and leaner with a series of exercises using equipment and your own bodyweight.  

    Wednesday (PM) : 7-7.55 pm (with Oli)
    Thursday (AM) : 6 - 6.55 am
    (with Sam)

  • FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH & BALANCE (60+)

    This is a fully coached fitness class for the over 60s, specifically developed by healthcare professionals to help improve health, wellbeing, strength, balance and mobility.

    Monday (PM) : 3 - 3.55pm (with Ben)

    Unlimited time to use.

    To be used within one month of purchase.

    For those buying before the 2nd February 2026 please note the one month will commence from 2nd February 2026.

The booking app is a simple way to pay for your membership and class credits.  The app provides each member with a unique barcode for ‘checking in’ to the gym on attendance.

Once you have paid for gym membership or class credits you can then use the app to view the timetable and book your chosen sessions.

To secure your place, class credits must be bought and classes booked via the booking app.

Booking opens 14 days in advance and can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance of the class.

If a class is full there is a waiting list function and notifications will be sent out as spaces open up.
