OUR CLASSES

Numbers in classes are kept low and each class is expertly coached to ensure correct form. Class plans will be displayed on the screens during the class and are progressive. We believe the combination of expert coaching, a great space, specialised equipment, excellent sound system and friendly environment is the perfect mix to help you achieve your fitness goals.

  • KERSEY KICKER

    A challenging hyrox-style HIIT class that combines strength training and lifting with intense cardio (HIIT) intervals that boost strength, endurance, and cardio. A variety of equipment is used for a full body workout. The format for this class is focused on alternating between a maximum cardio effort followed by a strength exercise.

    Tuesday (AM) : 6 - 6.55 am (with Sam)
    Friday (AM) : 9 - 9.55 am (with Jamie)
    Saturday (AM) : 8 - 8.55 am (with Lucy)

  • MUSCLE AT THE MILL

    A class designed to help you build strength and focus on full body conditioning and endurance. This class will help you get fitter, stronger and leaner with a series of exercises using equipment and your own bodyweight.  

    Wednesday (PM) : 7-7.55 pm (with Oli)
    Thursday (AM) : 6 - 6.55 am
    (with Sam)

  • FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH & BALANCE (60+)

    This is a fully coached fitness class for the over 60s, specifically developed by healthcare professionals to help improve health, wellbeing, strength, balance and mobility.

    Monday (PM) : 3 - 3.55pm (with Ben)

    Unlimited time to use

  • 1 Class Credit £15

To secure your place, classes must be booked via the website or directly on the booking app (coming soon).

Booking opens 14 days in advance and can be cancelled free of charge within 48 hours.

If a class is full there is a waiting list function and notifications will be sent out as spaces open up.
